By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of Marmalades you agree to contract with us to buy the goods and services in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale (the terms) along with our privacy policy and our delivery & returns policy. 

Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. 

Any new features to this website can be reviewed at anytime on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and condition at any time on this page. 

Our store is operated on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

AVAILABILITY, PRICES & INFORMATION

Marmalades Hampshire Ltd, does not promise that goods are necessarily available and all goods are offered for sale subject to availability. The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order as confirmed by us, inclusive of VAT. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in the UK pounds sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. 

ORDERING

We will treat each order for goods, confirmed when you click on the 'Place order' button on the checkout screen, as an offer to purchase goods and services subject to these terms outlined. We may reject or counter any offer to purchaser goods and services for any reason whatsoever prior to dispatch of the goods. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specifcation of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by e-mail but you are advised to take note of the order confirmation number before closing the webpage. If we choose to accept your order, our written confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, and any other methods specified at checkout. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

For any orders placed for collection, delivery, or special request items, we require full payment in advance. 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.

We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel any outstanding orders or services until payment is received in full.

Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods have been supplied or services have been completed, except where required by law. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

LOCAL TAXES

Some items sent aborad may be subject to local taxes. These taxes are at the discretion of Customs & Excise for that particular county and are beyond the control of Marmalades Hampshire Ltd. In any event, such taxes must be paid to the Customs & Excise authority of the relevant country or countries and not to Marmalades Hampshire Ltd. 

DELIVERY

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. More delivery information, including timings can be found by the delivery courier at time of delivery. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and Marmalades Hampshire Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods whatsoever. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of the delivery. Ownership of the goods will pass to you only once we have receieved full payment of all the sums for the goods, including delivery charges. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel the order for the goods at anytime within 2 hours of placing your order. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted via email (info@marmaladestore.co.uk). The email of written notice must contain your order number, name and address. Marmalades Hampshire Ltd will confirm any cancellation by email and will refund you within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation with any further charge to you. Where the contract is cancelled, you will not recieve any goods.
