Delivery & Returns

We want getting your Marmalades order to you to be simple, flexible and reliable. Here how it works:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. 
  • Standard Delivery costs £3.95 with Royal Mail. 
  • Orders over £60 qualify for FREE standard delivery.
  • Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). 
  • We do not ship part orders - your whole order will be dispatched together once all items are in stock. 

If you require express delivery: 

  • Select Express 1-2 day service for £5.95. 
  • Please note, we cannot be held responsible if there is a delay once the parcel is with the courier service. 

Local? Why not Click & Collect

  • Choose the COLLECT option at the checkout. 
  • We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. 
  • If there is any items not in stock from your order then we will be in contact to advise when the items may be back in stock. 

 

RETURNS

We always want you to love your purchase from Marmalades, but if something isn't quite right you can of course return to us. 

Returns in Store: 

  • Items can be returned in store within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be unused, in there original condition and be returned alongside proof of purchase (Receipt or Order confirmation). 
  • We are happy to offer a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for store credit, depending on your preference.

Online Orders: 

  • If you have recieved a order from us online, you can return to us within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be unused, in there original condition and be returned alongside proof of purchase (Receipt or Order Confirmation). 
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we've received and checked the items. 
  • Please note, return postage costs are the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for the items lost in the post.
